How to recognize it

Take the handle off (water off first) and look at what holds the cartridge. The 1255, 150257 and 160657 are the same cartridge with different nuts, and the nuts don't swap. Simplified drawing, not to scale.

Don't mix it up

The nuts are not interchangeable; the old nut must be replaced with the matching kit's nut.
